Blackartworld.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check, or COD – money orders or certified checks.

In addition to online orders, Blackartworld.com will accept orders by fax and telephone.

Blackartworld.com will process all personal checks prior to shipment of pre-paid orders; there will be a $30 service charge for returned checks. Shipments will not be made until the full balance, including any service charges, have been paid.

The cut-off time for shipping in stock orders will be 3 p.m. on the day the order is placed. Orders received after 3 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders will be shipped on business days only. There will be no shipments made on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays;

Orders will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX or the US Postal Service. The cost of shipping is strictly based on the the number of items in the shipment.

Blackartworld.com will accept any returns up to three months after the purchase date for exchange, provided that the work is not deemed as damaged, or altered in any manner, by the customer;

International orders must be pre-paid in US funds prior to shipment.
